    By filling out this Appointment Request Form, you have not secured your booking with us. Once we have received your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm or to inform you that we are full for appointments at that particular time.

    This simply allows you to potentially book an appointment, any time, any where, shop hours or not!
